No, currently there are no GTA betas leaked. The maximum you can go for is getting mods that add some beta features and stuff. There are lots of beta mods for GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas and IV.

I wasn't terribly interested in the GTA prototype, but I love these old programmer blogs and stuff. There isn't much to be had here -EXCEPT- for the history of lemmings. I know the story has been told over and over, but this entry is actually very insightful into Mike Dailly's personality. The way it is written feels authentic and as if he's still bitter and happy about certain things.

The only GTA Prototype/beta's ever released are for the original GTA. That is it. Rockstar have been extremely good about not having anything ever leak.

Yeah, Rockstar is good at not having leaks as much as CD Projekt RED.
