In looking in the SysWOW64 folder, i've found 2 odd files:
l3codeca.acm
l3codecp.acm
They seem to be Win9x executables (They have PE in the second line and MZ are the first two chars) and it's dated 16 July 2016, 12:42:03, in line with most of the files in SYSWOW64 (12:42-12:43).
(it has a message - This program cannot be ran in DOS mode.)
l3codeca.acm is 73,728 bytes, and l3codecp.acm is 193,536 bytes.
Do you guys have these files? The details section doesn't show anything so...what are these files?

3codecp.acm is a l3codec.acm belonging to Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Audio Layer-3 ACM codec
its an mp3 codec, prolly built in windoze

You can find many history in the latest Windows Version.
