Windows Vista 5284 is not installing from OS

I'm trying to start the Windows Vista build 5284 Setup from build 5270 and get the error below.
How to fix? Don't offer the booting from ISO. I use VirtualBox 5.0.32

Don't use virtualbox. Use vmware 11.x or earlier. And I doubt upgrading from 5270 will work.

Well, if there is enough space on HDD, then it just won't work. You can try creating folders $WINDOWS$.~BT and $WINDOWS$.~LS on C: and give them full read/write rights, but I doubt if it will help.
