This is dated June 1st, 1996 and it seems it was released because Microsoft messed up something in build 1034 (Beta 2). As is usual with OSR 2 scene leaks from the period, this is missing WINSETUP.BIN. Enjoy!

Seems Microsoft was pretty unsure about how to present these parts of the UI during the betas, but they settled the matter by 1089.
Also, it seems that this build extended the timebomb for Windows 95 OSR2 builds, as a .NFO mentions the fact that with this build, users of OSR2 wouldn't have to worry about July 1996 anymore. July 1, 1996 is the date of expiry for 1009 and 1034's timebombs.

1095 may exist (heard about it) and 1115/1163 are two unleaked OSR 2.1 builds known to exist. There was also an OSR 2.5 beta featured on warez discs, but not on the internet.

Offtopic Comment
Where the hell are these builds coming from? I never saw this much build in such a short period of time. Is it possible that these builds are being handed by extraterrestrials?
