[OFFER] Apple Watch IPSWs

I've got a few (rare?) Apple Watch IPSWs for watchOS 2.1. They've been uploaded to the Public FTP for approval.

To restore to these firmwares, you'll need a special debug cable, which seems to be floating around for sale on the web.

These are neither abandonware or beta so it's nothing we will put on the FTP for the time being. I may archive them, but they are already available on several IPSW repositories on the net. You can if you want link to web copies of them.

Fair enough, but do you mind linking where you can find IPSWs specifically for the Apple Watch? Genuine interest.

Side note: If I can find beta firmwares, would that be eligible to go onto the FTP?

Yes, if they are betas and we don't have them then I would add them to the FTP.

Notice how neither of the following URLs exist yet:

IPSW.me doesn't have links to these firmwares. That's because Apple expects Watch owners to update their devices OTA. If you have a problem with your watch, you have to send it to Apple so they can perform a restore.

There are certainly other non-beta Apple Watch IPSWs "out there", however Apple does not permit their redistribution.
