Now I can fix some of them, like file associations and start menu programs list.
Here is the tutorial.
1.Install the build properly, format drive C using FAT
2.Install the font MARLETT.FOT to your system
3.Copy GUI\IDW and GUI\MSTOOLS to C:\WINNT, then add them into your PATH variable.
4.Run \GUI\UI\NEWSHELL.CMD in Command Prompt, and restart
5.When the BSoD shows up, boot to DOS, replace C:\WINNT\WINSRV.DLL with the one provided
6.Open Command Prompt, switch to your CD-ROM drive, and run INXTOREG SHELL.INX
7.Run REGEDT32, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon, change Shell to EXPLORER.EXE
8.Restart, ignore the syncui.exe error, and run grpconv to create Start Menu shortcuts.
