[REQUEST] IBM TCP/IP for DOS 2.1.1 Programmer's Toolkit
OS/2 supports DOS TCP/IP apps with the VDOSTCP.SYS driver, but provides no docs or libraries for the call interface. You need the DOS Programmer's Toolkit to figure it out.

your best bet is to try rooting around the service packs, as IBM would sometimes put an incredible amount of stuff in there that shouldn't have been...
