[REQ] Longhorn 4074 TWIWMTB .ISO

Post by Valerio »

Hi, as I wrote on the title, I want to know if someone has still got the Longhorn 4074 TWIWMTB .ISO and could upload it to something like mega.co.nz (please not to Adrive, as it's slow). That .ISO of Longhorn 4074 included an animated preview pane aurora and other fixes and was released by Panda X but all links no more works... thanks in advance! :)

I am uploading it to this folder, it will take some time. TWIWMTB is really nice release.
I hope that nobody is against reuploading.

Yes, I am also curious on what the TWIWMTB means. Also is Kobi still uploading it, because right now only part4 is up?

Is it a official build or a modified build?

This is a modified build. The Aero Preview Panel Animation is fixed in this build and it includes The Aero theme by default (that theme is by BOFH, which includes the nice transparent glass style). I think it includes some more fixes but I'm not sure what they are. You might want to check the original TWIWMTB topic (just search on the forum).

Well after first boot when detecting hardware drivers, it found two "hardware" called "inf1" and "inf2".
I don't know how to deal with it, because I cannot find their driver..

Would someone be kind enough to upload this again? When I try to extract, I receive errors that the archives are corrupt.

Edit: Would it be possible to upload the build as a whole, not as individual "parts"?

Extracts fine here, use Winrar 5.01

EDIT - Hangs detecting hardware during the install in VMWare and causes host machine 100% CPU forever, never completes install
