Packages can be integrated in Windows 8 CP (build 8250), and RP (build 8400), probably in RTM too - if they are not present there.

Known bug:
Shortcut from Tinker in Metro screen doesn't work, but all others Tinker's shortcuts in Start menu, and Games Explorer works without any problem

How to integrate in your Windows 8 ISO.

Open your extracted DVD with Windows Toolkit
Image
Go in tab Main, click on All-in-one Integrator, and in tab Addons add your *.WA (Microsoft Games Collection (x86).WA or Microsoft Games Collection (x64).WA) file and click on Start.

When process finished from ISO maker make your Windows 8 with all games integrated!

Enjoy!

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't this be illegal to distribute, since these were all (presumably) extracted from either RTM builds of Windows 8 or against the Windows Vista/7 Ultimate ToS to distribute the Ultimate Extras games?

This kind of updates or maybe it is better to said Addons are invated to be used for Windows Toolkit originally published on http://www.wincert.com.

They not approved any cracks or something like that, but this site is for EXTENDING of Windows functionalities via this addons.

My post on that site you can find ~Snip~.

This is warez under BA rules, since it's redistributing RTM Windows components.
