Win 8 + BARTPE?
Can windows 8(DP) use bartPE?Just curious.

No.
BartPE makes its PE from Windows XP or Server 2003, \i386 folder.
It is only for those 2 OS'es
If you searched BartPE's website you would see this, and that it doesn't work for Vista and above.

I did not find anything good on reboot.pro ,seems that there is only some for windows 7.

You won't need to use BartPE. Windows 8 will be able to create a bootable USB Flash Drive (or external USB Hard Drive). Microsoft already released some flash drives that contain bootable versions of Windows 8 at one of their Build Conferences.
