I would of interprated the Spam factor as People coming on OSBA asking stupid questions, Not Reaseaching before asking questions, Making pointless posts and Requesting for Warez or Software on their first post.

Maybe that's just me though.

Thats why we should try and impose some sort of 10 post limit before you are allowed to access the servers etc. The only way I could do that is with a group I suppose. Anyone agree? If so Ill speak with the staff about it. There will need to be some leaders of the group so when people apply with 10+ posts they can be checked and accepted/denied etc.

i agree with that. on m forum i put something like that, where after 5 posts they could request stuff (although my forum has no point lol)

After 100 posts you can request staff here. But you will be evaluated before being accepted, mainly for things like honesty, maturity etc.

This and the 10 post limit sounds good.

Good idea. The thing that i hated on OSBA was people registring and at first looking at private servers...

Thanks. I just hope that I dont have to abandon it like OSBA did. At least it will keep the leechers out.

Don't feel left out, beleive me - there's just as many posts here
as is the new osba, when I log on each day, your'e not missing much..
Grabberslasher hasn't logged in nor a lot of other long time members,
I checked through the member list last night, this place has the potential
to be what osba is/was, it's just going to take time for people to choose
where they want to be & why...

Meh i guess. Funny thing i heard trouble is going on there already.

The rules on this forum are a bit better, more specifically the 10 legit posts for people to be able to get to the servers or make requests. I had 130 posts before they shut down...

If there is then it must be behind the scene's because there's
been no trouble from what I've seen...

Don't think of forums as postcount status, I could think of
a few long time members on forums who say bugger all, but when they do
people listen...
I hope this place takes off too tbh..

whats postcount got to do with it? you are already over 10 posts so you can see the entire forum, not that you should just be heading there as soon as you sign up or anything.....

i hope it takes off aswell, the new osba doesn't seem to be like it used to be. bearly go there now. this is generaly the first site i go to

It's not that I feel left out it's that the people who were not invited back Lost Valuable information that you may wish to see one day eg: the Guides and Information.

Let's just hope BetaArchive doesn't come to the same end as OSBA and andy decides to Invite people he deems worthy of being there.

If anyone isn't invited, I can grab stuff and repost it somewhere. Just specify what you want copied. Sorry, no Personal Server section
