it's dead?

Zeta is BeOS, not Linux.

AnDrEwP182: I know the purpose of your post(s) is to cause trouble and nothing more. Like it or not, everything this site deals with is technically warez. People urk by, by claiming Abandonware or Beta. Guess what. Zeta is Abandonware. It's gone. YellowTab is defunct. Magnussoft has ceased funding. The coder himself has quit. It's finished.

So, please help, or choke on a peanut.

Ironically, if you follow those osnews.com links you end up at http://www.bitsofnews.com/content/view/5498/44/ , where an ACCESS Co Ltd. representative states:
As the legitimate owners of the intellectual property formerly belonging to Be, our position is that the product marketed by YellowTab and then by magnussoft represents a pirated version of BeOS, done without our permission or approval.
And on zeta-os.com:
With immediate effect, magnussoft Deutschland GmbH has stopped the distribution of magnussoft Zeta 1.21 and magnussoft Zeta 1.5. According to the statement of Access Co. Ltd., neither yellowTAB GmbH nor magnussoft Deutschland GmbH are authorized to distribute Zeta.

Zeta was always illegal.

There's an interesting board policy question lurking here somewhere

Again, sorry

This is my last bump. Please don't chop my balls off.

I went to buy Zeta 1.5 today now that I have the cash to do so. It is no longer being sold ANYWHERE. Even purplus.net which shows it in its inventory (you have to search for it now... no more links to it on the front page), replied to my order saying they can no longer distribute it.

So ANY leads would be appreciated.

Its not moved because it hasn't been marked as finished. I don't know if its finished if people don't mark it as finished.
