well you could make a basic box net in some kind of program (word, photoshop etc...) then get some high res pictures of the box and put the images in the correct place and print it onto some thin cardboard. then asemble it.

as for the SBS demos, aren't they just dvd cases? if they are someone could just scan the cover and you can print it

Do you mean like these?

If so, pretty easy, I use A4 Photo paper, and "DVD & CD Cover Print".

That program scales it automatically to the size of the CD Cover, or the DVD Cover you may use, it can also be used to make the Covers also.

You can also use the Cover maker from Nero also.

And if you're talking about those multiple fold out covers that Microsoft send out, that is a little bit tricker, but still easy.

All you do is go to your local newsagency, but some thin glossed style cardboard paper, cut it down to size (Or adjust your printer paper settings), and send it through to print, if you cut it down to size, the cardboard that is, you just have to bind it together when everything prints.

Short from going to get it professionally done, or buying a crap load of printing equipment, you're only really left to assemble to parts yourself, if you need directions on how to make them, my MSN address is in my profile if help is needed.

I'm not really sure what you're talking about, if you could show me an example of it, then I can give you instructions on how to make one.

It's 4029, I'd say. There's no 6029 leaked.

It's only 4029.

My Handwriting is pretty bad, the way I do my fours, they look like sixes.

And in actual fact, there is a 6029, they would of surpassed that number by now in the Server line of Longhorn.

Yes, you're right of course, I meant "there's no 6029 leaked". Better now? And BTW, my handwriting sucks too...

The way I make them, it may scare you off a little, but no pain, no game, yes?

Basically, measure out the demensions of the Ubuntu Casing, write down those measurements, and input those into your Printer Paper Size settings.

Go to your Newsagent, or where ever you get your office supplys, and buy some, either it be thin glossed cardboard paper, or whatever size of cardboard you feel you want in your design.

Cut your cardboard down to the demensions of what you measured out from the Ubuntu Case.

Now, with whatever Graphics program you use, select and input the size of the Ubuntu measures into it, and do whatever graphics you want, or copy and paste another, and resize it to fit the demensions.

Print it off, I recommend doing a test print on scrape paper first just to see if all is correct.

Fold your newly printed case, and either get some binding glue, or some superglue, and glue the overlap over.

If I had the time, I would make a step-by-step of how to make each case design, but sadly I don't.
