Okay, I'm having some problems with my forums and mail settings.
I have been using myBB (my buddys forums) and the settings were not working. Thinking it was just myBB, I installed phpBB3 to use as a test, but it did not work either.

I figured it was my mail server (which I was running myself), so after talking to andy, he set me up an account to test it with, and it did not work on either forum.

The ISP with the server does not block any ports.

To sum it up:
2 Forums have been tried (myBB (1.4), and phpBB (3)
2 e-mail servers have been tried. (My own and Andy's)
