Only Andy and mrpijey can move files from the upload account to the download account. And they haven't been moving anything for some time so we'll need to be patient

We have gotten a request by the author behind Cairo Shell to remove all pre-final editions uploaded or linked from BetaArchive. We have granted these wishes and done so effective immediately.
We ask all members on BetaArchive to not leak and upload any further pre-release versions of this software. All uploads of it will be immediately deleted, and unless the author gives us access to the software we will not post it on BetaArchive. Any URL linking to a pre-release binary will also be deleted without any notice, and repeated violations of this will be dealt with according to BA rules and standards.
Please respect the authors. They put in a lot of time into making this software and if they wish not to see their development get disturbed by leaks BetaArchive will not help leak it.

I have gotten my hands on this recently as well.
It's certainly impressive for an alpha, though I am not finding it to be the "revolution" they marketed it as. It's simply a fancy applications launcher.
But even considering that, it's marginally better than using the Start Menu.
