yes i can upgrade from 7997 to 8002

Last build with user picture on taskbar with x64 is 7997
Last build with user picture on taskbar with x86 is 8002

i will upgrade on a real pc

How so?

Starting with Build 8008, a new wallpaper was introduced there, that's why I said this build is probably the last one to have the wallpaper from Build 7989.

Unlike Build 7989 though, this build introduces the BootIM feature which will be seen in later operating systems.
