telnet.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-0220)

spupdwxp.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-1545)
regedit.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-1539)
oschoice.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-1539)
autofmt.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-1539)

winnt32.exe 5.1.2600.3282 (xpsp.071227-1539)

Look in the registery to see it.

These only discribe the different .exe build dates not the entire build.

In registery in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Currentversion.

@DjRob
Thanks for the tip, I did not know that the regedit showed that information, but I would like to know the build hour without having to do the installation.

It is commom that all files should have a different compile time because they are developed individually.
But when they do a full recompile for a release, everything ends up with the same compile time.
