Saw a thread on gbatemp about Win95 on the 3DS. I got Win95, 98 and 3.1 to work. Thought you guys might appreciate it.

The Windows 95 startup video has been shown on Wololo.

1. Will 3.11 work on O3DS?
2. Where's download link? I guess 4th page, but I'm not sure.

It's a hacked Mario Kart. The boot directory itself has been changed to DOSBox so that it can run on a full-screen virtual machine.

According to list of exploits, there isn't any Mario one.

It doesn't use Mario Kart, thats just in the Region Free Launcher, he most likely have Mario Kart 7 in his cartridge slot. What he would of used is a *hax such as Ironhax, Themehax, ninjhax, browserhax, oothax, or smashhax. It uses a DOS emulator which has Windows 95 on it. Currently only working on N3DS, but they are working on putting it on the O3DS

Okay, could you inform me when it's done on O3DS? Thank you in advance.

Would it be possible to run one of the first Androids on emulator (if somebody writes one of course) on 3DS? It should be fast enough, as they use similar ARM architecture.

In theory you could:
1) Use QEMU-ARM to boot the image that Google provide with their Android emulator
2) Use QEMU / BOCHS / another PC emulator to boot Android-x86

...if QEMU was ported to the 3DS, even then it would run very slow due to emulation speed

Not true. You can see more info about what is done here:

I have seen this trick many times on small modern portable devices, especially on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touches. Likewise, I believe they run off of some emulator. The real question is that: What will be the the limitations?

Geez, next they're gonna end up porting it to the Ouya or something... How many more devices can they get with this method anyways?

Someone got XP running on Android Wear, too, though that was hacked MicroXP.
Given the CPU in it is essentially a SnapDragon 400 it should run full XP - my Moto G could using QEMU

It's basically just porting DOSBOX to everything.

QEMU / BOCHS in some cases for NT or Linux-based systems, but yeah

I meant for this. We used DOSBOX.
