I'm sorry, but I can't really understand the question as the Engrish here is terrible. Are you saying that installing Windows 95 works fine, but trying to install drivers messes it up?

Do you install drivers named SPCTAUDIOSetupus.exe or something else?

@OP, use
Code:
sound.virtualDev = "sb16"
in you VM's VMX file, also, what version of 95 do you use, pre-release, RTM,95A, B or C? Do NOT install drivers from any third-party source. Go to Control Panel>Add new hardware and install it from there. Insert the 95 ISO when asked.

I found copying the windows directory to the virtual hard disk c: or d: better than relying on the floppy. I have one partition with the OS install tapes, and the main partition is used for the installed OS or experiments. I have a boot floppy with a pointer to ghost and a directory that holds ghosted os's just after install.

Most of this is done in ghost 7.7 (fat16) or 5.1 (for fat12), as the later versions of ghost don't understand fat12.

They All Suck
If I remember correctly the default sound card emulated by VMWare workstation/Player is based on the ES1371 chipset.

There is no "VGSA" driver. There is "VESA" and "VGA" but not "VGSA".

PCem-X offers better perfomance for installing Windows 95 than VMware and has got many emulated devices suitable for that version of Windows 9x.

You just have to install this SB128 driver, and the sound will work:

Also, you can install Yamaha XG SoftSynthesizer to solve the MIDI problems and enhance the MIDI sound:

VMware Tools installs SVGA by default, but windows 95 requires you to install it manually (which can be annoying, but easy)
