I scavenged myself 3.3 MB of some FATE warez CD lists here. I also posted them in the wiki. Here comes the very long list of unleaked OS's plus disc needed...

People can dig through their warez CD collections to find these builds or others. I currently have an amazing zero fate discs, so I can't dig for them.

Where can we find this kind of discs? Note that I'm just asking for digging, not for warez apps.

I found mine on Usenet mostly, otherwise you probably have to find other collectors with them.

Someone uploaded their warez CDs to the usenet back in July, but I only found leaked OS's in the lists
Looks like you must own the warez discs... Maybe more warez CDs may turn up in the future.

Usenet has some stuff, but they've mostly been checked by me and others. It's also a pain to actually check anything, because you need a subscription to download stuff, and obviously if it turns out to be crap then you've just wasted your time and bandwidth. But yeah, as mrpijey said, some collectors probably have some, but finding such a collector is just as difficult as finding the disc itself. Online dumps are our best bet.

Win 98 SE 2126, Win 95 405, NT 3.5.782 and 3.51.1024 were found on warez discs (WinWarez and Bits & Bytes, IIRC, as well as something called PROG). It's also quite frustrating when you find some release of some disc, and then discover that an unleaked build is on a different release that's not available on Usenet. You should also keep in mind that such discs were often sold and not free, so the amount of people actually having them in the first place (let alone keeping them to this day) narrows down.

@cantasan99: these discs were quite popular during the 90s (commonly a monthly collection of new warez stuff from BBSes), but declined after that due to other means of spreading (BitTorrent, LimeWire, eDonkey/eMule, ...), so there's really nothing to worry about in regards to piracy - software on those discs has long been forgotten (except by us obviously).

Win98 4.10.1434, Illustrator 7.0x69, and OS/2 Merlin 9.018 were also found on warez discs and something called "Crazy Bytes".
Back in mid-late August of 2014 I started downloading Crazy Bytes CDs from the usenet. First, I confirmed that OSR3 1174 was a mislabel of OSR2.1 1154. Then, I found Adobe Illustrator 7.0x69 on volume 15 and OS/2 Merlin build 18 on volume 08. Later, I found that NoSense uploaded Crazy Bytes 16A and I downloaded it to get Memphis 1434.
A great example of an unleaked build on a warez CD the usenet doesn't have would be Windows 98 Build 1720 w/Plus Pack beta on Bits and Bytes volume 04, and the usenet doesn't have it.
The truth is... I don't have any Warez CD's (in english, at least). I downloaded them from the usenet.

Well I downloaded mine from usenet and it wasn't a hassle at all, but I have a subscription and a server with good retention so it worked out well for me. I also collected a lot of them during the years from various friends and internet sources.

Well, that's true. However, 98 build 1687 and NT build 1729 are on the FTP, but it's nice to know where they came from.

Sorry for the big bump, just a heads up for anyone checking this stuff: CHIPWA is actually build 122, so nothing new and worth wasting your time on.

If anyone still reads my old post, what is now really sought after from Fate 029 and VooDoo 13 is "The Unreal Editor!/Unreal Beta"[01/03] leaked by RoR, in March '96 were leaked the two alpha previews, but this was earlier leak even though of a current version, by the time most probably february '96. It should contain the first gun Unreal ever had and some more interesting content that's not obvious on the first sight.
It was also known on usenet just as unreal.zip but too many parts of that is missing to assemble the archive...
My guess for the original ror release files were RORUNR01.ZIP to RORUNR03.ZIP but it could have also been a little different name. This is the only real old beta game leak that keeps escaping afaik. All the others have been found in some form. The Blood beta, hexen 2, unreal alpha monsters preview...
but the first version having actual editor is still missing and apparently was more rare.
