YouTube, it was a video "Windows xxxxxx (Build xxxx) pictures" (xxxs are what I don't remember) and in description there was a link to the source of the pictures and it was one of the screenshots galleries.
Also known as Cvolton elsewhere...

I have been watching, since 2009, videos about Windows' betas, which always mentioned that mysterious BetaArchive... Then, this year, I signed up, attracted by the archive...

This is all,

Google, when I looked through builds of Chicago and Longhorn. The earliest Chicago build I found was 33. And Bing, when I looked at Whistler and Memphis, but I didn't use that site when I looked for Windows product keys, and some of you will know why...
Is back... for now. I'll be active on the BA Wiki, where the "Windows Changelog Collection" might make a bit of a comeback, too.

I went here after the OSFirstTimer forums suffered attacks. I don't know how I found it in the first place but I think it was someone on Vetusware who said something was stolen from BA.

Actually, I've been browsing BA since July 2013, but I was a guest at the time.
Now, that I have Gmail, I have a BA account and really have been idling as the OSFT Forums are back up (and OSFT himself found the script MU was using)
I think I am gonna start posting again.

I found a BetaArchive link on YouTube, in some videos about Windows Longhorn Betas. And then I decided to get an account and get FTP access.

I found BetaArchive by looking stuff up on Youtube. When I realized there was an FTP I thought why not join for the fun and getting things that I never knew existed before.

It's fine if you aren't looking for a key or an activator.

I had the Key, not the CD. I lost it to a hurricane.

Found this site from Windows Projects Community back in 2009 (winprj.net, now defunct). Didn't even realize it has been 6 years since then... How time flies when you're growing old growing up.

From what I remember, I was probably Google searching something related to DWM for Windows Longhorn and then I found a topic in this site. Then I decided to sign up.
