Would I be able to upload some Minecraft Shaders I bought in paid alpha/ beta?

No we don't archive that kind of stuff.

But they are not freeware and they are in beta? That falls under the guidelines.

That may be, but it's not something we care about really. We don't bother with random addons for games, even if someone decides to charge money for something like shaders...
