Is there software that installs to computers as nodes, checks the resoure usage on different nodes, and moves threads or processes to less used nodes? Like openmosix for windows?

There is a windows cluster os actually. Ive never tried it and im not sure how widely used it is/isnt.

Windows Server 2003 Compute Cluster Edition? - it's 64-bit only though, sadly.
