I came accross this on another server, apparantly it is an Alpha version of DOS7, built in 1999 probably as a possible competetor to PCDOS2000, it comes with long file name support, USB, Native CD, proper shutdown, and it can run nearly all versions of hybrid windows, like 3x 9x etc, with the exception of 1.0x where it fires random garbage at you! if you want it ill upload it to andys ftp. I am aucually using it as a Windows Me/ 3.1/ 95 laptop os!

It was but Is much better that DOS6.22 It was ripped off a early windows 98 Build, and It will run with ME and allow dos support, as the custom installer can detect any version of 9x and configure DOS to run with it
