OK, i got Paint Shop Pro, and PE Explorer, now, how can I view & edit the boot screen?

Vista Boot Logo Generator is what you need. It will replace the original black screen and status bar by modifying winload.exe.mui.

Sadly, doesn't work with SP1.

I wonder if they will bring back the logo on the boot screen in Windows 7.

I very much doubt it. I think it will stay largely as it is in 6801. That still looks great though :P

Still, I think the 6519 Bootscreen had more potential...
