did this ever appeared outside of Beos Labs ?
if yes, with which Release ? (Dano or Earlier)
I had found a Zip named BeOS-OpenGL drivers, beta 04.22.2001
http://antz.byethost12.com/BeOS-OpenGL%20drivers,%20beta%2004.22.2001.zip
but it seems not be Hw-accelerated (on R5, with Dano it hangs)
maybe I did something wrong
does anyone know about this?

Im not sure what that package is supposed to supply. OpenGL is already accelerated if you have the proper accelerator installed (for your video card). Few support this as the OpenGL stack was a bit goofy and documentation is lacking big time

seems it was part of this Installer,
http://quickfoxbrowser.com/bq2/downloads/BeOS_R5_Beta_Kits~_OpenGL~_BONE_beta_7~_Media_Kit_Beta_1.pkg
released shortly before Be shut their doors, as you can read while installing
but not really much more of Information about it
