It looks like Al Kossow of VCFed have uploaded some distributions of AT&T UNIX System V to BitSavers (namely version 3.2.3 and portions of 3.1 and 4.0 Release 1.0). You can take a look here: http://bitsavers.org/bits/ATT/SYSV_386

This was a great UNIX system. We ran it on the AT&T 3B2 line of computers in the mid 80's as a front end to our mainframe from remote PC's for email and file transfers. Very reliable but quite a change from our mainframe system (EBCDIC vs ASCII, Database vs stream files, etc.)
