The latest version of OS/2 https://www.arcanoae.com/blue-lion/ has just hit the market. I paid for it, but have not got the DL link yet.

Ah finally!

Not that this update of OS/2 is anything that makes me super-enthusiastic.
Make OS/2 open source: now that would make me rejoyce.
But I'm afraid that's utterly impossible, given the amount of MS code OS/2 has in it :-(

Still, it's nice to see that OS/2 isn't completely dead. I'd love to see it run in 64 bit long mode though, but even assuming you can port the OS/2 kernel, you wouldn't be able to keep the MVDM and WINOS2.

OS/2 supports a ram disk in the 4G+ space. It's on special at the moment, at 99$ us, but the actual tapes are made on demand. Should be interesting.

They might have the OS/4 kernel in it. That would be grand.

Blue Lion is just 4.52 with updated files just like Ecomstation was. It'll certainly be interesting to see how it progresses over time ;)
