No it's the logon from Whistler 2257. Looks similar but aren't the same. Besides he got that picture from GUIdebookgallery. Why don't you just get the Whistler 2257 off SP?

Damn, I thought I had a copy of Whistler 2257 ... oh well, I do have 2287, which has a very similar logon screen. Here's the logonui.exe. However I'm not sure if you'll be able to run that on XP... the whole logonui system changed quite a bit between the first builds and beta 2.

What I would do, is take all the resources out of the 2287 logonui, and put them into the retail XP logonui, and see what happens.

No problem ... it should theoretically work, the resources seem pretty similar to the ones in the retail logonui (there's a UIFile, some bitmaps, some strings, so the layout is roughly the same). I did the same thing with Longhorn 3718's logon and it worked fine. Good luck :)
