Anybody on familiar terms with REAL32? I still have 2 PC's running REAL32 for scientific application, but one is now dead. I have run it up on a Intel P4 sort of.... REAL32 works fine, but it is running way too quick for the hardware (GPIB IE4888) - there seems to be a timing issue. Maybe there is a way of wasting CPU time?

Anyone know this OS well?

I think id be scared of running something to soak the CPU to bring it down.... but real-32 isn't exactly MS-DOS im not sure how mo-slow would behave.

is your application MS-DOS based, or something more exotic?

why do you need real-32?

I have installed real/32 in a virtual PC. I used PCem V. 81 and it seems to run very well. You can find it at that link: http://www.tommowalker.co.uk/pcem.html.
