Hey, all!

I recently installed SabayonLinux (finally) alongside winxp. So, i've seen WINE, and i want to install it. Problem is, i don't know which one to download. Which one out of the ones on the site should i download?

PS. This post was in the linux!

You don't have to download anything. First, familiarize yourself with the Portage system that is used to manage software on Gentoo and Sabayon, and then install it as root from a terminal:
Code:
emerge --sync
emerge -av wine

That'll work as WINE is surely available in the portage tree. After WINE has been compiled and installed, configure it and get your Windows apps to run.

Thanks, i'm doing it now. Also, i have another question. I can see that in some
Beryl screenies, you see the whole cube while switching side etc. How do i enable this, but the thing is, the window manager is compiz-fusion.

Also, can i install beryl, even though compiz-fusion is installed? And have both of them?

PS. How do i login as root with kdm? i remember doing it in freebsd but i can't remember what to do.

Sorry, can't help you with that Compiz-Fusion question, but I'd rather not install both of them as chances are this might mess up the system. Compiz-Fusion is meant as Beryl's successor and I'm sure it offers such an option, you'll just have to find it.
