I don't think that you can distribute that as an OEM. MS might not like modified Visual Styles.

@t2bedlam,the only legal way to do this is to install a default install of media centre edition and then patch uxtheme.dll and apply the custom theme, if MS found out about this you would be in deep crap, if you read the EULA you will see its againt the law to modify any file on the windows disc.
