might i ask the almighty question about this? WHY?

having IE 4 on a pc is like having a big neon sign "giant hole in security! right this way ->"

that being said, its it remotely possible to do this, but replace IE 4 w/ firefox of some other browser, and replace Windows FLP w/ some other newer operating system? or has this been done already?
