There was a game called Space Cadet Pinball that used to be come with old versions of Windows (Vista 2008, XP, etc). Does anyone here know of a method of playing this game on a modern Mac with OSX 10.0? I am guessing that I would be better off just trying to find the game elsewhere, but I thought that there may be other methods.

Vista was released to manufacturing in 2006, and made generally available in 2007 ;) 3D Pinball for Windows: Space Cadet is Microsoft's port of one of the tables from Full Tilt! Pinball. There is a Mac OS 9-compatible binary, but that will require obtaining a full copy of Full Tilt! Pinball (with the HFS partition in tact), and a copy of Mac OS 9, as to run it in the Classic Environment.

No Mac that is compatible with OS X Cheetah is modern.

If that doesn't work or you meant 10.10 or something then try looking at this page https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=1255 to see that it works in Linux through WINE - aside from sound - so then try WINE for OSX https://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX or WineBottler http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/ - this isn't perfect bit it should hopefully run.

You'd be better off setting up a virtual machine with VMWare or VirtualBox and running it from there, but admittedly this does take up more resources on the host PC.
