This ISO is released on MSDN today. I seems to be a RTM so no offer here.
But the ISO contains just a XML file and sizes only 600KB.
And it claims itself as a x86/64 version, not ARM.
Does anyone know what is that thing meant for? A configuration file for getting the OS via Phone Update?

Here is the XML code, its just a licence file to obtain the update via the store/phone by the looks of it:

I would imagine this would have remote administration features much like the Enterprise versions of Windows unless I'm missing something.
If this is true it seems interesting as this is yet another stage on the NT-ifying of Windows Phone.
Also, unless the x86/64 refers to the PC host to install it or is a mistake, is this a sign of a Intel-powered Windows Phone? Would love one of them! Or am I just being stupid?
Interesting nonetheless
