Every time I go on the net it seems there is another build of Windows 7 released, but it's hard to track down which builds are worth it, which are stable, which are vastly different and which I should avoid. I found this list on Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Development_of_Windows_7

But it doesn't list which ones are stable (although from what I hear Win7 is pretty stable all the way through).

I have a machine here at work with the release candidate already on but I thought I'd download another to see if it's any different.

I'm not a big go-through-each-build-one-by-one kind of person, so if the RC is fairly generic then I won't bother.

Thanks!

The Windows 7 development wasn't anything like Longhorn. Most people can't even find differences between the builds anymore aside from tiny graphical changes.

The only significantly different build is the 1st build to leak, 6519. It was fairly buggy for me, and is mostly Vista (It has a superbar buried in it somewhere but only one person knows how to enable it, Rafael, and he's keeping it to himself)
