In Windows 7 Build 7068, I noticed a terrific option. When you click on the sound icon in the taskbar and set a new volume level, it makes a terrible sound. Something like a broken guitar... Is it a bug?

Hmm, been using this build for a while and no such bug for me. For me, it makes clear "ding" when I set new volume level. :)
Maybe you have changed your sound scheme in control panel? Tied some schemes though and didn't notice that problem either.
Try changing sound schemes in Control Panel and see if it changes this. :)

I also get a "ding". Try changing the sound scheme to "Windows Default".

The UK/Canada/Australia/South Africa themes also have different sound schemes, in case no one noticed.

How is that? Has there been more than one country pirate leak from the original source?

No. Each build contains all the localised country themes, and enables them based on what country was selected during setup. All the files are still copied over though, so you can get all the themes.
