I have a Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 (x86-x64) CPU, and I wanna switch to a 64 bit OS, I have a 32-bit legally purchased Vista Home Premium, so if I downloaded a 64bit ISO will my legal key work. Does MS have the Vista ISOs on Technet/MSDS as a evaluation cas all I found on TPB were cracked

I dont think the 32 bit keys would work for a 64 bit edition but you can find the iso's from hounsell's server.

All vista keys work for 32/64bit, you just need a disk :)

Yes, vista 32 bit and 64 bit use the same keys.
You can get the 64 bit DVD here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/1033/ordermedia/default.mspx
