For example i delete с:\boot folder of windows 7/vista and i want to recreate boot store.
AFAIK i have to create new boot store (bcedit /createstore /c:\boot\bcd)
I want to know what i have to do after this step.
I don't what use VistaBootPro or any other tool except bcdedit.exe
Can somebody describe me what i have to do ?
Original boot store contains records of {bootmgr} and OS record. How i can add them ?

Why not.

Those programs run the BCDEDIT.EXE in the background.
You just have an nice UI.
