After several days of tests I chose build 4039. He is best for me, although not stable. At this build I do a Longhorn modification. Finally I have a question. How to enable in this build Aero, Phoedo, etc.? How DirectX version supports Windows Longhorn?

If you're running it in a Virtual Machines (Virtual PC, VMWare and such) you're out of luck.
In there you can not activated aero.

If you're on a real PC then you can use one of these (search for the build):

There is no Aero avaliable in that build. And see my previos post to know how to enable phodeo.

That's wrong, 4039 does have Aero...

Hounsell is right. also, 4039 is the first known build with working (but very unstable) Aero Glass.

Your damn right:

It's unstable but the rest of the build is quite stable, only explorer crashes sometimes when opening my computer or something, but it's workable, even had it as main OS on my notebook for a few weeks, could work on it, no bsod's or anything.

On my real PC this build shows me BSOD (BAD_POOL_HEADER) very often.
But Aero+Plexx looks very nice.
