In Windows 7 (x86 and x86) Build 6936, 6956, 7000, and above, Desktop Gadget Gallery does not work if User Account Control is disable. To enable sidebar, obtain copy Windows Sidebar from Windows 7 build 6801 (x86 and x64) and replace the one in the newer build.

Run the following to start Desktop Gadget Gallery: "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe" /showgadgets

Open sidebar.exe will NOT work!!!
