After i downloaded the iso from the BA Server, then installed it with M$ Virtual 2007 SP1.
Then it reboots and then the configuration comes up, and i can't move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard.
So, how i can fix it to install it finally? 8-)
PS: I searched through 20 sites of the Microsoft Operating Systems area :(

Thanks in Advance and sorry for my very bad english

Are you sure you are clicking inside the VM before you try to do anything else in the VM?

Longhorn build 4074 has no mouse support during setup, you'll need to use the keyboard to install it. Don't worry, just use the Tab and enter buttons and you'll be fine. I managed to install it without any problems.

Also, installing VMWare tools should help, most of the 4xxx builds where relatively compatible with Windows XP drivers

at first it was both sound and my grpahics card... but know the only xp thing i have i smy touchpad which isnt exactly the most important thing in the world.

i installed them restarted and then go the vista drivers (couldnt find hte links on the driver site) but i didnt realize i had had windows update disabled until a week later so i was pretty happy i didnt have a bsod :p.

though now if i try to open anything 3d (with the latest drive) it crashes....

Not surprising. Shouldn't the touchpad function with the default Windows driver?
