Hi,

I've got Windows 7 installed on two machines:

1 Desktop (serving Windows 7 as main OS)
1 Laptop (serving Windows 7 as second OS/dual-boot with Windows Vista)

I first installed Windows 7 on the laptop and have created the HomeGroup on that PC.
The desktop PC can see the HomeGroup, but cannot join it. It asks for the password, then says forever at the same screen (after typing password, then next, it shows the progress bar, but it keeps going on). After a few mins, I am returned to the password entry dialog.

I know the password is right, since I printed the password off from the laptop.

Both builds are 6956, and, I know this is alpha or pre-beta/ whatever you want to call it, and unstable, but, is there anything I have missed?

Fixed it, created the HomeGroup upstairs and disabled the firewall on the laptop.
