He probably means it's compiled on the same day and month as his birthday... It would however be cool if he was born on the same time as well (17:55). :)

Hmm, I think this build is a little interesting, because of the build tag there is probably something unique in this build that has to do with the shell...

Everybody THINKS that Vista failed, but why it's not accepted its because it's TOO much secured.
Its not time yet for Vista, that's why Microsoft makes Windows 7 soon available and Vista moving into NO support.

How was it a mistake, It was a great step forward for all of the core Windows NT components. The UAC feature was designed so "morons" or "technologically illiterate people" don't kill their OS Image.
