This will help the newbies learn their way around the new Windows 7 build.

I would hope that this compilation will contain a large amount of your own tweaks, otherwise it isn't really your compilation is it?
Perhaps this is more of a community project.
That said, theres a service that really needs disabling, Program Compatability Assistance Service.

I was inspired by Chris123NT's Longhorn tweak guides to compile a list of tweaks in the present leaked Windows 7 build. I can't check out the build itself since I'm still downloading it (see my signature).

Please post all tweaks present in build 6801.

I don't know if you've already known this, but there's a Windows 7 tweak guide by Chris123NT himself:

If you have a small amount of Ram in your PC (lets say less then 1GB) turn off the SuperFetch service (exists in vista and 7) when i turned it off, it maked my PC a lot faster(only the programs where started somewhat slower (3-4 seconds, but the rest was fast))

You will probably find certain features (""Awesome Bar"" / Improved Start Bar) disabled.

Follow that guide to enable it

(Sorry if it was mentioned, I didn't see it)
