Please can somebody tell me if builds of Longhorn like Build 4015 and 4011 be succesfully installed on a system that uses an Nforce 4 based Motherboard without a BSOD occuring? Thankyou! :)

Yes it's possible.

No it's not possible using a standard build. You need to integrate the nForce 4 Drivers into the WinPE and the WIM image.

Couldn't I download the SATA drivers, put them on floppy, (I have an external USB FDD drive), then press F6 whilst the WinPE is booting to load the drivers? BTW, I noticed over at JoeJoe, you made an annoucement saying about your wim based protoplex project. Does the final one you have made include Nforce 4 SATA drivers integrated, and if not, why?

The problem is that F6 only adds support to the WinPE. Once it's running off the HDD, it'll stumble on boot.
My WIMPack will include the the nForce 4 SATA drivers. It will have them both in the WIM and WinPE, so it should work perfectly.

Easy solution would be to disable SATA and use an IDE drive...
