4039: No serial key for it, um, I need one?

EDT WITH 5048:

STILL FAILS ON VIRTUAL PC, I think this build is 5048 is corrupt.

I seem to remember that the version of diskpart in build 5048 was buggy from Microsoft, and the partitioning/formatting problem was a known flaw in that build of Longhorn.

Tried using a stable operating system yet? Last I heard, any OS with the name of Longhorn was far from stable. Debian Sid is more stable than Longhorn.

The serial key for Longhorn build 4039, as well as all other build' in that era is:
TCP8W-T8PQJ-WWRRH-QH76C-99FBW
Make sure ou have the patched 4039 Iso.
And please, do bear in mind that this is Alpha software, and so is far from stable.

???

This is the same topic you posted in the ''news'' section.

For 5048 (again)
Partition it and format it with XP

And for 4039 It doesnt work in VPC
(VMWare I didnt try, but this build is hard to get to work).

And ALL Longhorns until 5112 are ALPHA and are all unstable (sounds logically) and some have the memory leak.

Dude, ever heard of the word's please and thankyou?
There are alot of problems associated with running longhorn in virtualisation software, you'd encounter far fewer problems if you were to dual boot.

Install 4033 1st, update video drivers, then run the 4039 setup within 4033,
worked fine for me on VPC04...
