Hello

Does anyone know what the time offset is for Longhorn 5048 in order to run it on Virtualbox?, according to the Collection Book, The BIOS Date is 2/4/2005

The date you posted is correct.

Its the day AFTER the compile.
All my BIOS data that can be verified with SETUP.EXE/NTOSKRNL.EXE you get the Data 1 day after the compile.

So if you crack it you have the full 180 days.

I've found with build 5048, you don't need to set the date back: it has one of them 180-day trial timebombs instead, just use TweakNT to rid the timebomb and find a patched winlogon to bypass activation.
