No, 5000 and 5001 is only Windows Server 2003 Client neutral language build.

The nature of these builds was essentially to build a known stable, fully compilable base to start from.

As such, only stable and fully compilable components were used. This in turn means little to no Longhorn feature was added yet.

5000 and 5001 are almost the same as a client compile Server 2003. Maybe 5009 has a form DWM or something, but grabberslasher hasn't leaked it yet, so we may never know.

500x builds wouldn't have DWM, as the point of them was primarily to componentize the new codebase before features were implemented back into the system.
