Dug out an ISO of XP x64 SP1 (RTM) recently that has a label of ARMPXFPP_EN. As far as I know, there was no retail version of this OS, just evaluation, OEM and VLK versions. I've had no chance to install this yet, so does anyone know what edition that might be?

Looking at mine's setupp.ini, I found the PID value to be 76588000, 1st five digits telling it's an OEM version (then why doesn't the label confirm this?), the last 3 digits saying it's come from "other" channels. I'm afraid I gonna have to install this one to find out which version it is...

Well, my Corporate ISO has the label ARMPXVOL_EN, which is what you would expect :)

My ISO is most likely not a corp build.

According to this excellent list of Windows CD labels, it's a Retail copy of Windows XP x64 edition. :)

I know, but a retail copy of that is not supposed to exist. That's why I asked. :)

ARMPFPP_DE indicates a german retail copy of windows xp x64.
ARMPOEM_DE would be a OEM copy, which doesn't exist, microsoft made it as retail (FPP) while selling it to oems only.
ARMPVOL_DE would be a volume copy, but when you add corp files to a installation and recreated the iso, one would mislabel it as ARMPFPP_DE

In the setupp.ini
ending is 270 = volume (corporate) version
ending in 000 = retail vesrion
ending in OEM = this is obvious

and again, XP x64 is retail sold as OEM, that's why it's 000 NOT OEM!
